Set Ups

Every single guitar that comes in for work is individually setup to each players specifications. This means that we adjust the neck, the action (string height) and intonation at the twelfth fret harmonic nodal point, the saddle/s and the nut to exactly the right position to ensure the optimum response and playability for each instrument and it's owner.

Repairs

 Our all areas stage technician, is a valve (tube) and transistor amp freak. Jeremy Finlayson restores, rebuilds and or does custom mods to all kinds of amps, stage equipment and or FX units where possible. Our highly experienced guitar tech/luthier, Guy Mallaby has been building and repairing guitars now for 16 years and holds an excellent reputation to whom you can entrust your treasured instrument/s. Contact us for details.

Warranty Repairs

All warranty repairs must be accompanied by:

A copy of the customer's original purchase receipt

Wholesaler's and Retailer's authorisation number (if applicable)

 

Note that set ups and alterations to suit customer requests are not covered under warranty!
